About the Role
We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join Synthflow AI, a no-code platform for deploying voice AI agents that automate phone calls across contact center operations and business process outsourcing (BPO) at scale. This role will lead and execute our content strategy to engage enterprise buyers, support sales, and strengthen our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- →Write and manage thought leadership pieces, creating white papers, case studies, and research-backed reports that position Synthflow as a category leader.
- →Create enterprise-focused collateral like one-pagers and pitch decks to support enterprise deals.
- →Run content for our LinkedIn company page and work with leadership to craft posts that build their credibility as AI thought leaders.
- →Manage and edit work from writers and influencers to ensure clear, consistent messaging across channels.
- →Identify and close strategic partners to grow brand reach, especially with enterprise buyers.
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of experience in content marketing.
- ✓Proven ability to create high-quality white papers, case studies, and long-form content.
- ✓Experience writing for LinkedIn and optimizing content for engagement.
- ✓Strong writing and editing skills.
- ✓Smart use of AI tools.
- ✓Excellent collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with sales, design, and product teams.
- ✓Bonus: CCaaS / Call Center/ Voice AI experience.
