About the Role
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join Synthflow AI, a no-code platform for deploying voice AI agents. Youβll be the bridge between our technology and our customersβ real-world success, helping enterprise clients implement, customize, and optimize our AI phone agent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead end-to-end implementation of Synthflowβs AI phone agent platform for enterprise customers
- βCollaborate with customer engineering, operations, and success teams to align technical deployments with business objectives
- βDevelop and maintain integrations with CRMs, telephony systems, and workflow automation tools
- βProactively identify optimization opportunities to help customers achieve meaningful business outcomes
- βAct as the technical voice of the customer, translating their needs into actionable product insights
- βTroubleshoot, resolve, and prevent technical issues in production environments
- βCreate best practices, playbooks, and technical resources to improve future implementations
- βContribute to account growth and renewal by driving strong adoption
Requirements
- βSpanish fluency is mandatory
- β3β6 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role
- βHands-on problem-solving skills with experience writing and debugging code (Python, JavaScript, or low-code integrations)
- βExperience leading enterprise software implementations or integrations involving APIs, CRMs, or telephony platforms
- βExperience or deep interest in AI/ML technologies, especially conversational AI or LLM-based systems
- βStrong communication skills to bridge technical and business perspectives
- βAbility to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
