About the Role
We are looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter to join Synthflow AI, a no-code platform for deploying voice AI agents that automate phone calls across contact center operations and business process outsourcing (BPO) at scale. This role will be responsible for managing the entire hiring pipeline and building strong talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring pipeline across technical and non-technical roles, from initial kick-off and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
- →Proactive Sourcing & Talent Pipelining: Build strong pipelines of high-caliber talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized communities, advanced tools and networking events.
- →Partner with Hiring Managers: Act as a strategic advisor to team leads and founders, helping define job scopes and align on ideal candidate profiles.
- →Elevate the Candidate Experience: Ensure a fast, transparent, and highly engaging candidate journey.
- →Manage ATS & Recruitment Data: Maintain impeccable data hygiene in our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) and track key recruiting metrics.
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth AI or other tech startup environment.
- ✓Proven sourcing expertise: Ability to uncover hidden talent and craft compelling outreach messages.
- ✓Strong stakeholder management: Comfortable pushing back, advising, and guiding hiring managers.
- ✓Exceptional communication skills: Ability to pitch the complex vision of Synthflow AI to candidates.
- ✓Data-driven mindset: Experience with ATS managing and using automations to improve talent acquisition performance.
- ✓A sense of urgency and organization: Ability to juggle 10 -15+ open requisitions simultaneously.
- ✓Fluency in English is required (German is a plus, but not strictly necessary).
