Technical Product Manager at Synthflow

ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Technical Product Manager who can own the complete product development lifecycle—from exploratory customer research through to production deployment. You'll build AI-native products from zero to one, working directly with customers to identify opportunities, rapidly prototyping solutions with AI tools, and shipping products that solve real problems. This role combines deep product thinking with hands-on technical execution. You'll be equally comfortable conducting customer interviews, building functional MVPs with AI-assisted development tools, and collaborating with engineering teams to scale solutions into production. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead product development from initial customer discovery through validated prototypes - Rapidly prototype product concepts using AI development tools (Lovable, Claude Code, Cursor, v0) - Build functional MVPs independently to validate hypotheses with real users before full engineering investment - Spend significant time speaking with customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and business context - Design and implement LLM-based product features leveraging agentic AI patterns, function calling, and tool use - Develop evaluation frameworks to measure AI feature performance, reliability, and user satisfaction WHO YOU ARE - 3-6 years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping 0-to-1 products - Deep understanding of LLM-based systems, including agentic AI architectures, function calling, RAG patterns, and evaluation methodologies - Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and ability to rapidly build functional prototypes - Strong grasp of software architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and modern development practices - Experience co-developing features with enterprise users - Actively uses AI tools for productivity, understands when to apply AI effectively (and when not to), and has hands-on experience with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and iterating on AI-powered features - Strong sense of ownership and bias toward action—you don't wait for permission - Ability to move quickly from concept to validated prototype with minimal dependencies - Thrives in startup environments with high autonomy and rapid iteration cycles NICE TO HAVE - Agent experience—building, testing, evaluating - You've lived through a product going from nothing to launch - You're allergic to fluff and know when something's "good enough to test" - Founder or founding team member Founded in Berlin in 2023 by serial entrepreneurs Albert Astabatsyan, Hakob Astabatsyan, and Sassun Mirzakhan-Saky, Synthflow AI democratizes access to advanced voice AI with a no-code platform that lets enterprises easily create, deploy and scale natural-sounding, cost-effective voice agents tailored to their business needs.
