About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Sysdig, a leading cloud security company. This role involves becoming the technical authority on the Sysdig Platform and serving as the customer's primary advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- →Help with customer onboarding to drive adoption
- →Understand customer requirements, challenges, and expected outcomes
- →Build customer relationships, including implementation, renewal, and expansion opportunities
- →Serve as the technical authority on the Sysdig Platform
Requirements
- ✓Over one year of experience in a Cyber Security role within Cloud Ecosystems
- ✓Minimum 2 years of post-sales experience focused on customer growth and retention
- ✓Expertise in cloud native technologies including Linux, Helm, Terraform, Kubernetes, or Cloud Platforms
- ✓Proactive approach and team player attitude
