Salary Range
$76,500 - $103,500 /year

Key Responsibilities
- →Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation for R&D programs
- →Organize, edit, proof-read, and ensure compliance with DoD standards and contract requirements
- →Collaborate with engineers and program managers to gather technical content
- →Manage document configuration, version control, and approval workflows
- →Support Program Reviews such as PDR, CDR, and TRR
- →Maintain documentation repositories in accordance with security policies
- →Edit and standardize content for clarity, consistency, and readability
Requirements
- ✓Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI & SAP eligibility, requiring U.S. citizenship
- ✓Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree with minimum 10 years of technical writing experience in defense, aerospace, or R&D
- ✓Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear written material
- ✓Experience writing proposals, whitepapers, and managing configuration control
- ✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Fluency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ✓Strong organizational skills
