About the Role
The Senior Software Developer is a key technical leader within the Scrum team responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions. This role works across the full stack, covering backend and frontend development, with a focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable, and scalable enterprise-level applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and develop complex IT systems and applications covering backend and frontend components
- →Analyze requirements in close cooperation with internal stakeholders, product owners, and business analysts
- →Develop backend systems using Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, including microservices and REST API design
- →Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Angular and PrimeNG
- →Follow Agile methodology, Scrum, and SAFe practices
- →Create and maintain technical documentation
- →Apply design patterns, best coding practices, and clean code principles
- →Participate in R&D projects, including proof of concepts for AI solutions
- →Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and testers on solution implementation and quality assurance
- →Mentor and onboard junior developers, providing constructive code reviews and technical guidance
- →Train end users when needed
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- ✓Minimum 7 years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 3 years in full stack development
- ✓Proven track record in enterprise application development and system integration
- ✓Proven experience in Scrum teamwork
- ✓Advanced Java SE knowledge, strong grasp of OOP principles, design patterns, and coding best practices
- ✓Advanced Spring Boot experience, including Spring Data, Spring Security, and Spring MVC
- ✓Expertise in designing and consuming REST APIs
- ✓Experience with MS Graph API integration for Microsoft 365 services
- ✓Advanced Angular development experience with latest versions
- ✓Expertise in PrimeNG components for enterprise-grade UI
- ✓Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
- ✓Advanced SQL and database design, preferably PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL Server
- ✓Version control with Git and build tools like Maven and Gradle
- ✓CI/CD pipelines, DevOps concepts, and cloud services, Azure preferred
- ✓Knowledge of testing frameworks like Cypress and Playwright
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Effective communication in English (B2 level)
