About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our ServiceNow delivery team with a strong focus on the telecom industry and B2B business As a Product Owner you will lead the delivery of innovative ServiceNow solutions ensuring they align with business goals while addressing the unique needs of the telecommunications sector Knowledge of ServiceNow s Technology Media and Telecommunications TMT product suites or Order Management for Telecommunications OMT or Sales and Order Management SOM applications is highly desirable Experience working with international stakeholders especially in Germany will have added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Product Vision Strategy Define and communicate the product vision roadmap and goals for ServiceNow solutions tailored to telecom B2B business needs. 
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements translating telecom specific challenges into actionable user stories and features.
β’ Backlog Management - Own and manage the product backlog ensuring it is well groomed prioritized and aligned with business and telecom B2B needs.
β’ Define acceptance criteria validate delivered features and ensure they meet quality standards Stakeholder Collaboration.
β’ Act as the primary liaison between telecom business stakeholders enterprise architects ServiceNow development teams and ServiceNow architects.
β’ Work closely with stakeholders in Germany to gather inputs manage expectations and align solutions with regional and global.
Objectives
β’ ServiceNow Expertise in Telecom Leverage expertise in ServiceNow particularly TMT and OMT modules to guide solution design and implementation for telecom B2B processes.
β’ Stay up to date with ServiceNow s telecom specific capabilities best practices and industry trends to maximize value.
β’ Ensure ServiceNow implementation is more aligned to and use out of the box features provided by ServiceNow platform and telco modules.
β’ Agile Leadership - Work closely with Scrum Masters and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of sprints Lead product increment planning sprint planning backlog refinement and review sessions to achieve timely delivery.
β’ Risk Issue Management - Identify potential risks and issues early working proactively with teams to mitigate and resolve them Ensure delivered solutions comply with governance security and compliance standards particularly in a telco B2B and Germany context.
Key Qualifications
β’ Experience 8 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role preferably in telecom industry projects.
β’ Knowledge and experience about telco B2B business will be preferred.
β’ Proven experience in delivering end to end ServiceNow solutions e g ITSM ITOM TMT OMT HRSD SecOps CSM etc
β’ Hands on experience working with international stakeholders particularly in Germany or Europe Skills
β’ Expertise Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform modules especially TMT and OMT and their applications in telecom business processes
β’ Familiarity with telecom specific challenges such as order management service delivery and operational efficiencies in B2B contexts
β’ Expertise in Agile frameworks Scrum SAFe and tools JIRA DevOps etc
β’ Excellent stakeholder management collaboration and communication skills Ability to translate complex telecom business requirements into actionable technical tasks
Certifications Preferred
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator CSA
Certified Scrum Product Owner CSPO or equivalent
Education
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Telecommunications or a related field Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
