About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Advertising Sales Manager to join our Italian Growth team in London. This role focuses on generating new business and driving revenue growth in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive and deliver on quarterly new business targets by identifying, pitching, and closing advertising deals
- →Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to activation
- →Generate a high volume of outreach and create qualified opportunities
- →Build long-term relationships with key players in the Italian digital advertising market
- →Act as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing data-driven recommendations and strategic insights
- →Participate in key industry events and conferences
- →Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, AMs, Product, and Support
Requirements
- ✓Native or professional fluency in Italian and English
- ✓Strong prospecting skills with the ability to identify and engage high-potential leads
- ✓Proven track record in B2B sales and/or performance marketing
- ✓Strong deal-closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- ✓Self-starter with strong organizational skills
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- ✓Independence and motivation to manage a full sales cycle
- ✓Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- ✓Active listening, structured thinking, and confidence in client-facing conversations
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to shared goals
