About the Role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support Enterprise Sales organizations across APAC and Greater China, contributing to regional HR initiatives. This role requires working in a commercial, fast-paced environment and collaborating with HR leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with managers and employees to enable performance, engagement, and effective people practices
- →Provide hands-on HR guidance as a trusted point of contact on policies and day-to-day matters
- →Support managers on performance management, employee engagement, reward discussions, and absence management
- →Contribute to regional HR activities across Greater China while maintaining awareness of local employee relations
- →Support employee relations processes through documentation, coordination, and fair resolution of matters
- →Partner with the HR Shared Service Centre to ensure smooth HR operations
- →Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support office initiatives and local operational needs
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in HR generalist or HR Business Partner role, preferably in a fast-paced commercial environment
- ✓Employee relations exposure and practical understanding of HR policies and processes
- ✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build credibility across cultures
- ✓Experience working in a dynamic, matrixed, multi-country organization
- ✓Pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset with ability to balance autonomy and escalation
- ✓Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
- ✓Experience supporting sales or client-facing teams is advantageous
