About the Role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support the HR Director for EMEA Enterprise Sales in our London office. This role plays a vital role in contributing to the well-being and success of our sales teams, providing day-to-day HR support and ensuring consistent execution of people processes across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees across EMEA
- →Support managers with performance management, parental leave, absence issues, and general employee queries
- →Support the HR Director in managing employee relations cases
- →Partner with the HR Shared Service Centre to ensure smooth handling of HR activities
- →Maintain accurate records and documentation to support effective case management
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
- ✓Solid grounding in core HR processes and employee relations
- ✓Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
