About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join Take-Two’s global HR team in London, UK for a 12–14 month maternity coverage. This role will provide strategic HR partnership to employee groups across North America and EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the dedicated Senior HR point of contact for designated business groups across North America and EMEA
- →Provide day-to-day coaching to managers on performance, team dynamics, and professional development
- →Lead and facilitate the execution of core HR cycles globally, including annual performance management and compensation reviews
- →Utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive productivity improvements
- →Partner with global COEs to deliver programs that enhance the employee experience
- →Facilitate organizational changes by bringing foundational knowledge of talent management
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record as a Senior HRBP
- ✓University degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- ✓Deep understanding of UK Employment Law and North American HR practices
- ✓Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
- ✓Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- ✓Solid project management capabilities
- ✓Experience with Workday HRIS, Google Suite, and advanced Microsoft Excel
