Key Responsibilities
- →Record all transactions, generate invoices, purchase orders, and receive payments from customers
- →Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendors’ performance
- →Develop cash flow forecasts per financial year and review schedules monthly and quarterly
- →Develop and monitor annual and project budgets
- →Guide the external audit process for Greydale
- →Ensure compliance with legal requirements and tax regulations
- →Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
Requirements
- ✓CPA or ACCA certification
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- ✓At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance management
- ✓Solid financial acumen in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- ✓Sharp analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
- ✓Excellent attention to detail in spotting numerical errors
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Knowledge and experience in ERP for accounting and financial management
- ✓Proficiency in MS Office, cloud-based communication platforms, and document management systems
