About the Role
We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to join Kuunda, a B2B embedded digital financial company that provides liquidity to the informal sector. This role requires a leader with strategic insight and hands-on operational capability to set and deliver operational objectives for Kuunda in Africa.

Requirements
- βBachelorβs degree (Masterβs degree preferred)
- β7+ years of experience in the banking and mobile network digital payment ecosystem in Africa
- βP&L responsibilities at the MD level or head of a significant BU
- βProven track record of implementing and managing B2B products
- βExperience in managing high-calibre teams
- βPrior experience with operational aspects of scaling digital products in African markets
- βProficiency with Microsoft Suite and Agile methodology
- βExcellent Process Management skills
- βStrong problem-solving and communication skills
