About the Role
We are looking for a Client Operation Specialist (Bilingual in Mandarin and English) to join our team at Wonders Corporation in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves addressing client concerns, establishing strategic advisor relationships, and maintaining sustainable client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Address clients' concerns effectively through various communication channels
- →Establish a trusted strategic advisor relationship with our clients
- →Maintain sustainable relationships with clients through active engagement and open communication
- →Provide appropriate solutions or alternatives to resolve customer issues
- →Coordinate with English-speaking colleagues/customers, translate and communicate their concerns to Mandarin-speaking clients
- →Act as client advocate, liaise with their customers, mediate and settle disputes
- →Promptly follow up with relevant parties to ensure resolution and customer recovery
