About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Product Designer to join our team. This role involves contributing to product decisions from early stages and ensuring features meet quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support engagement-related features in our business digital bank
- →Assist with research activities, build wireframes, and prepare UI mockups
- →Help refine existing flows under the guidance of senior designers
- →Contribute to our ongoing design transformation by learning and applying the design system
- →Document components and collaborate with fellow designers to maintain consistency
Requirements
- ✓Fully onboarded with day-to-day operations, team processes, and tools within the first month
- ✓Contribute more independently within clearly defined tasks within three months
- ✓Participate in research execution and support workshops
- ✓Evaluate progress based on delivery quality, accuracy, and adherence to guidelines at the six-month milestone
- ✓Prepare an individual development plan outlining skill expansion and growth toward the next level at the one-year mark
