The Role
We are looking for a high-impact Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of our Mid-Market publisher business. This is an entrepreneurial, "full-stack" sales role where you will own the entire lifecycle - from identifying high-potential publishers to negotiating and closing global deals.
You will be a key driver in integrating the joint product suites of our newly combined company, focusing on NA and APAC markets. This role is perfect for a self-motivated "hunter" who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the challenge of building new processes in a post-merger landscape.
What Youβll Do
β’ End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the full sales lifecycle for inbound and outbound leads - from qualification and prospecting to contract negotiation and onboarding.
β’ Drive Growth via Up/Cross-Selling: Champion the combined Teads/Outbrain product suite to maximize value for both new and existing publisher partners.
β’ Strategic Hunting: Proactively identify and engage "Mid-tail" publishers, using a data-driven approach to uncover new market opportunities.
β’ Process Innovation: Partner with Marketing and MIS teams to design and implement scalable sales workflows tailored to our new organizational structure.
β’ Pitch & Negotiate: Deliver compelling, consultative presentations to C-level stakeholders, managing commercial terms and contract closures.
β’ Market Analysis: Utilize web analytics and market intelligence to refine outreach strategies and stay ahead of Ad-Tech trends.
What Weβre Looking For
β’ Ad-Tech Experience: 2β3 years of proven sales experience within the Ad-Tech/Digital Media ecosystem.
β’ Full-Cycle Independence: Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales funnel autonomously (prospecting through closing) without BDR/SDR support.
β’ AI & Automation Mastery: Proficiency in leveraging AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Clay) and CRM automation to scale personalized outreach and optimize the sales funnel.
β’ Market Expertise: Prior experience managing sales cycles within NA and APAC markets is highly preferred.
β’ Technical Literacy: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data via Excel/Google Sheets and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SimilarWeb).
β’ Communication: Fluent English with elite written and verbal communication skills; ability to customize messaging based on region and industry.
β’ Tools: Hands-on experience with Salesforce (CRM) and Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g., Outreach).

β’ Deep understanding of programmatic and native advertising ecosystems.
β’ Background in B2B SaaS or technical product sales.
