About the Role
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to act as our eCommerce and Mobile Design Lead. This role involves translating high-level business goals and brand messaging into impactful design specifications for developers to implement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design of high-converting eCommerce platforms and mobile-first web applications
- →Translate brand identities and complex messaging into modern, impactful visual designs
- →Create comprehensive design specifications and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- →Ensure seamless hand-off to development teams while maintaining design integrity
- →Develop key messaging and copy that resonates with target audiences
- →Design personalized customer flows and journeys for different personas
- →Implement best practices for rapid web and mobile design projects
- →Collaborate with Product Managers, AI Engineers, and stakeholders
- →Present design decisions through a lens of business value and customer psychology
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio
- ✓Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including design systems and auto-layout
- ✓Ability to translate abstract brand values into impactful visual designs
- ✓Comfortable writing key messaging and UI copy
- ✓Proven experience running rapid design cycles in fast-paced environments
- ✓Strong understanding of web/mobile technical constraints
- ✓Excellent communication skills for presenting to C-suite stakeholders
