About the Role
We are looking for an entry-level Designer to join our team at TEECOM. This role focuses on building discipline fundamentals through hands-on Revit modeling, coordination, and documentation while learning TEECOM’s workflows, tools, and standards that support coordinated construction document delivery across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prepare Revit models and update drawings
- →Assist with reports and calculations
- →Take meeting notes and support coordination activities
- →Participate in structured training journeys and shadow senior consultants
- →Gain hands-on exposure to Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, Wi-Fi, and other technology disciplines
Requirements
- ✓BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or related field
- ✓0–2 years of experience in the AEC industry or related field
- ✓Exposure to Revit, AutoCAD, or other drafting/modeling tools
- ✓Strong organizational and communication skills
- ✓Ability to learn new software and follow workflows
- ✓What Success in this Role Looks Like
- ✓Produce accurate and organized Revit models, narratives, calculations, markups, and supporting documentation
- ✓Respond quickly to feedback and show improvement in technical and production skills
- ✓Maintain complete, timely documentation
- ✓Complete assigned tasks on schedule and communicate early when risks or delays arise
- ✓Apply TEECOM’s standards, templates, and processes consistently
- ✓Actively participate in training journeys and hands-on learning
- ✓Communicate professionally and work effectively with internal team members and project partners
- ✓Maintain utilization targets and complete daily time and expense entries accurately
