About the Role
TEGNA Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their recruiting team and ensure a smooth hiring process. This role is based at WTHR in Indianapolis and operates on a hybrid schedule with three days of in-office presence required.
Key Responsibilities
- →Schedule interviews and manage logistics across candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams
- →Post and maintain jobs in Greenhouse
- →Partner with recruiters to create, route, and send offer letters
- →Initiate and track background checks
- →Help keep searches moving by tracking status and following up on next steps
- →Monitor completion of interview scorecards
- →Maintain basic reporting in Greenhouse
- →Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve efficiency
Requirements
- ✓1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, TA operations, or a similar role
- ✓Experience using an ATS such as Greenhouse
- ✓Strong attention to detail
- ✓Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep things moving
- ✓Clear and professional communicator
- ✓Able to operate in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
