About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join tem, a company revolutionizing the energy market by enabling businesses to buy energy directly from renewable generators. This role focuses on serving our generator community with empathy, strategy, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our generator customers
- →Build strong, proactive relationships with UK generators, solving blockers and driving long-term value
- →Identify gaps across the customer journey and design scalable improvements
- →Collaborate across Product, Ops, Sales, and Marketing to turn feedback into action
- →Adapt the core customer success playbook for generator customers
- →Travel to visit key accounts and understand the community
- →Help define and measure great customer experience at tem
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in customer success in fast-moving B2B environments
- ✓Strong operational mindset with strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- ✓Deep understanding of exceptional customer experience and a track record of delivering it
- ✓Fluency in CRM tools like HubSpot
- ✓Excellent communication and listening skills
- ✓Enthusiasm for transparency and trust in the energy sector
