About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join tem, a company rebuilding the energy transaction infrastructure to make it transparent and fair. This is a Lead IC Product role with no direct reports, focused on customers who sell their energy.

Requirements

- ✓Strong intuition for fail points, edge cases, and operational reality
- ✓AI Native, AI-literate and AI-critical
- ✓Clear, structured communicator
- ✓Operates with senior judgement without needing a management title
