About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join Temporal, an open-source programming model that simplifies code and makes applications more reliable. This role will focus on helping customers design, validate, and scale mission-critical systems on Temporal.

Key Responsibilities

• →Serve as a strategic technical advisor to Sales Account Executives, assisting with scoping and sizing opportunities
• →Lead customer discovery to understand architecture, constraints, and success criteria
• →Design end-to-end reference architectures that demonstrate how Temporal fits into existing services
• →Build and deliver high-impact demos and technical narratives
• →Run deep technical workshops, whiteboard sessions, and proof-of-concept engagements
• →Provide hands-on guidance on best practices for workflow and activity design
• →Identify and mitigate technical risks in customer projects
• →Capture and communicate customer feedback and feature requests into Product
• →Contribute to reusable assets for the field
• →Represent Temporal in customer meetings, executive briefings, and at community events
