About the Role
We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to help build the financial backbone of TENEX as we scale. This role involves understanding our business, organizing financial operations, and building the infrastructure that supports smart, fast decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain and update the company's consolidated operating model, including headcount, revenue, and expense forecasting
- →Own business unit–level P&L modeling and ensure financial performance is tracked and reported
- →Support annual budgeting and ongoing re-forecasting cycles
- →Provide financial analysis and scenario modeling to guide strategic decisions
- →Track budget vs. actual performance and build monthly financial reports
- →Prepare board-ready financial materials and support investor updates
- →Collaborate with department heads on headcount planning and compensation forecasting
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- ✓3+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or a hybrid finance role
- ✓Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- ✓Solid understanding of GAAP accounting and SaaS metrics
- ✓Experience building or contributing to board-level reporting and investor materials
- ✓Hands-on experience working in an ERP or financial system
- ✓Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
