Associate Embedded Solutions Engineer at Tennr

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Embedded Solutions Engineer to join our team at Tennr. This learning-focused role is designed for early-career professionals who want to grow into full-stack healthcare solution designers. You'll work closely with experienced Solutions Engineers to support implementation efforts for real customers and build the skills needed to take on account ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• →Support experienced ESEs with execution of customer implementations and workflow buildouts
• →Maintain up-to-date architecture documentation and implementation specifications
• →Prepare materials for customer meetings and follow-up communications
• →Gain hands-on experience building on Tennr’s proprietary platform
• →Contribute to reusable modules, workflow tuning, and automation design
• →Join customer discovery and scoping sessions to understand operational pain points
• →Learn the fundamentals of account management: building partnerships, running meetings, and owning tactical execution
• →Act as the eyes and ears of the company on customer pain points and unmet needs
• →Partner with product and engineering teams to inform roadmap prioritization
