We are looking for a strategic and impact driven Growth Marketing Analyst to join our Business Analytics team. This role sits at the center of how we scale, building the measurement engine that powers smart, confident growth decisions. As we expand from a primarily performance driven model into a full funnel brand and performance growth engine, we are evolving how we define, measure, and optimize impact. You will play a critical role in creating clarity across the funnel and ensuring our investments drive sustainable growth and long term value. At TextNow, we believe in being clear and simple, biasing toward progress, and providing context not control. This role requires strong analytical depth, sound business judgment, and the ability to turn complex data into straightforward recommendations that drive action. What you'll do: • Own reporting and visibility across the full growth funnel from awareness through monetization • Establish clear funnel definitions and channel roles to support portfolio level optimization • Build and maintain a trusted single source of truth for cross channel performance • Monitor paid, organic, lifecycle, partnerships, and brand performance and proactively surface risks and opportunities • Analyze CAC, LTV, payback periods, and marketing ROI to guide investment decisions • Identify conversion bottlenecks and recommend experiments that unlock scalable growth • Support forecasting, scenario modeling, and quarterly planning to ensure disciplined investment • Measure and quantify brand lift and upper funnel impact to ensure long term growth investments are properly valued • Partner with Data Science to design and measure A B tests and incrementality studies • Bring rigor and clarity to attribution models, KPI definitions, and tracking frameworks • Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data reliability and automation • Partner with Finance and Marketing to align spend with measurable business outcomes • Deliver clear, actionable insights to leaders that influence real time decisions Who you are: • You have 5 to 7 plus years of experience in Growth, Marketing Analytics, or Business Analytics • You are highly proficient in SQL and comfortable working with large, imperfect datasets • You have experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools • You deeply understand marketing funnels, attribution, experimentation, and CAC and LTV dynamics • You think beyond reporting and connect analysis to financial and strategic impact • You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non technical stakeholders • You proactively identify risks and opportunities before they become obvious • You thrive in fast moving, high growth environments and hold performance to a high bar Nice to have: • Experience in a high growth, performance driven organization • Subscription, telecom, or consumer app experience • Experience supporting Marketing Mix Modeling initiatives • Hands on experience with marketing platforms and mobile measurement partners • Experience optimizing portfolio allocation across channels More about TextNow  Our culture  We’re proud of the culture that we’ve built at TextNow, but one of the most common questions we hear is ‘how do you continue to sustain it as the world and the company continues to change?’ The reality is that we’re only able to keep up because each and every TextNovian contributes to our culture through being involved, by living our values, sharing feedback, embracing change and more!       Our values  Customer Obsessed  We strive to have a deep understanding of our customers.  Do Right By Our People  We treat each other with fairness, respect, and integrity.  Accept the Challenge  We adopt a "Yes, We Can" mindset to achieve ambitious goals.  Act Like an Owner  We treat this company like it's our own... because it is!  Give a Damn  We are deeply committed and passionate about our work and achieving results.    Our benefits and more  This is a brief overview of the benefits that TextNow offers its employees.
