About the Role
We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join The Knot Worldwide team. This role focuses on identifying and hiring top talent for various departments including Marketing, Finance, Accounting, HR, Sales, Operations, and eCommerce.
Key Responsibilities
- →Requisition fulfillment for various openings including sales entry-level high volume roles in LATAM and US with opportunity to support Europe recruitment as needed
- →Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance
- →Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders across multiple departments
- →Source relevant profiles through multiple active and passive channels
- →Conduct screening and skills assessment to qualify candidates
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
- →Advise on interview plans and coordinate scheduling
- →Provide thorough pipeline reporting to hiring managers
- →Compose, monitor and maintain job postings
- →Brief candidates about job responsibilities, salary expectations, and benefits
- →Complete and submit candidate scorecards
- →Ensure recruiting processes align with DE&I strategies
- →Host intake and debrief meetings with hiring managers and teams
- →Hit quarterly Corporate Recruiter goals
- →Partake in hiring manager interview trainings
- →Partner with HR Business Partners, Compensation Analyst, and Finance
- →Represent The Knot Worldwide at events
Requirements
- ✓1-2+ years of prior experience in Recruiting, ideally in sales roles
- ✓Experience working with or recruiting for a company in Technology, Media, or eCommerce space
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Ability to build quality relationships with stakeholders and candidates
- ✓Exceptional organizational skills
- ✓Agility to execute recruiting goals with multiple deadlines
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- ✓Competency in maintaining confidential information
- ✓Self-directed personality with initiative
- ✓Experience with Google Suite and other technical skills
- ✓Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or CRM Systems
- ✓Flexibility to adapt to shifting responsibilities
