About the Role

We are seeking a Business Operations & Program Mgmt Lead to serve as the operational backbone of our marketing organization. This hybrid leadership role involves both team management and individual contribution, focusing on planning, budgeting, and executing global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• →Facilitate high-impact marketing leadership strategy sessions using Human Centered Design (HCD) tools and methodologies.
• →Define and manage the Integrated Global Marketing Calendar to ensure visibility and alignment across all marketing teams.
• →Manage the OKR reporting framework, support quarterly planning sessions, and track cascading goals.
• →Support monthly business reviews for reporting on metrics, OKRs, and organization budgets.
• →Standardize project management processes across the organization to allow functional teams to execute with speed and consistency.
• →Provide Program Management support for high-profile, complex strategic initiatives requiring cross-functional coordination.
• →Design and deploy best-in-class program management tools and business operations processes.
• →Orchestrate the monthly budget review process for the entire marketing organization.
• →Lead the monthly resource management review to align hiring and capacity with strategic priorities.
• →Manage, mentor, and develop a global team of individual contributors.
• →Oversee the team responsible for the creative intake/triage process.
• →Guide the team in managing Purchase Orders (PO) and budgeting processes.
