About the Role
We are seeking a Software Implementation Specialist to contribute to the successful implementation of our software solutions for advertisers, media owners, and media agencies. Our solutions help these companies make decisions around their marketing communication budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work in project teams on the design, execution, implementation, and operational management of projects
- →Analyze data and set up surveys
- →Design ways to integrate data into our software tools
- →Maintain contact with clients, both internal and external
- →Focus on the technical implementation of projects
- →Ensure quality and delivery of projects on the technical aspect
- →Act as a liaison between data processing and software development
- →Be involved in the entire project from client request to tool delivery and training
