About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter to join Theodo's Growth Team. This role focuses on driving Theodo's growth by attracting, recruiting, and engaging top tech and business talent from the market.

Key Responsibilities

→Build and manage a talent pool by identifying and utilizing relevant sourcing channels
→Recruit 24 new talents per year by working with hiring managers to clarify needs and conduct structured recruitment processes
→Continuously improve recruitment tools, methods, and practices to enhance team performance
→Contribute to Theodo's employer brand and attractiveness

Requirements

✓Graduate from a top business or engineering school, preferably with prior tech company experience
✓Excellent team player who values collective success over individual performance
✓Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships both written and verbal
✓Persistent and quality-oriented, with a focus on candidate experience from start to finish
