POSITION OVERVIEW: CRM OPERATIONS LEAD
The CRM Operations Lead is a critical role focused on enhancing and scaling the CRM infrastructure that underpins our outsourced sales delivery. This role is laser-focused on HubSpot configuration, data integrity, and system enablement, ensuring that every sales team operates on a clean, reliable, and scalable CRM foundation.
You will play a key role in supporting the CRM lifecycle β from system design and documentation, to deployment for new accounts, to ongoing optimization and maintenance. Working closely with CRM leadership, sales, and data teams, youβll help strengthen the systems, processes, and standards that drive pipeline management, reporting accuracy, and sales productivity.
Beyond technical execution, this role is about identifying opportunities to improve performance, streamline workflows, and elevate the overall effectiveness of our CRM ecosystem. - You need full ownership before you can make an impact
- You arenβt comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
