About the Role
We are seeking a senior-level Project Manager – Revenue Integrity to lead strategic Epic-focused revenue cycle initiatives across hospital and ambulatory healthcare environments. This role is dedicated to Revenue Integrity, compliance, charge capture accuracy, coding optimization, denials prevention, and reimbursement performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead complex Epic-based revenue integrity initiatives from strategy through execution
- →Conduct operational and workflow assessments to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- →Translate business requirements into Epic system design and configuration plans
- →Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and deliverables
- →Facilitate stakeholder alignment across finance, compliance, and clinical leadership
- →Oversee testing, training, go-live readiness, and stabilization
- →Develop dashboards and metrics to measure revenue improvement outcomes
- →Drive change management and user adoption
- →Travel onsite up to 25% for critical milestones and go-lives
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of healthcare project management experience
- ✓5+ years leading Epic Revenue Cycle or Revenue Integrity initiatives
- ✓Direct experience improving charge capture, coding accuracy, denials reduction, clean claim rate, and reimbursement performance
- ✓Hands-on or leadership experience with Epic revenue cycle modules
- ✓Proven success leading enterprise or multi-site healthcare implementations
- ✓Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Ability to operate independently in a consulting/contract environment
- ✓Epic Experience Required (Non-Negotiable)
