About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic recruiter to join our growing recruitment team at Wonderful Citrus. This hands-on role will partner with business leaders across corporate functions to attract and recruit top talent.

Key Responsibilities

→Screen, evaluate and recommend candidates
→Drive and manage the entire recruitment process
→Develop working relationships with hiring leaders
→Manage candidate workflow through an applicant tracking system
→Develop job descriptions and research competitive markets
→Travel to Career Fairs and other events
→Prepare, extend and negotiate offers
→Ensure pre-employment requirements are met
→Build talent pools via strategic sourcing plans
→Attend professional networking and college recruiting events
→Leverage data and reporting tools from our ATS
→Create strong client partnerships with hiring managers

Requirements

✓Must handle sensitive and confidential information with professional tact and discretion
✓Ability to work in high volume, fast-paced environment
✓Experience with recruitment best practices
✓Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✓Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
