Manufacturing Supervisor- 2nd Shift at AHEAD

About the Role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee and lead the production staff on 2nd shift operations. This role focuses on achieving production targets while maintaining safety, efficiency, and quality standards. The position requires working Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 12:00am CST.

Key Responsibilities

• →Supervise and lead the production team during 2nd shift operations to meet safety, quality, and production targets
• →Oversee departmental activities and carry out supervisory responsibilities according to company policies and applicable laws
• →Work collaboratively with other manufacturing supervisors and provide assistance throughout the manufacturing department
• →Drive continuous and quality-related improvements
• →Engage in project management responsibilities and support production group projects
• →Resolve employee issues, ensure positive employee relations, and enforce company policies fairly and consistently
• →Analyze and solve problems or assist team members in finding solutions
• →Review production schedules, material and manpower resources, and coordinate daily production activities to meet business objectives
• →Inform assigned employees of production and material problems and coordinate with support groups to resolve schedule issues
• →Achieve department goals and standards
• →Develop and maintain positive peer and leadership relationships
• →Direct efforts toward reducing process variation while ensuring manufactured products meet quality requirements
• →Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
