Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓Experience managing enterprise projects with end-to-end delivery responsibility
- ✓Comfort with release planning, estimation, capacity planning, proposal building, contract negotiation, and project financials
- ✓Understanding of various software development approaches to advise clients
- ✓Belief in flat hierarchy and experience facilitating collaborative sessions
- ✓Recent experience working with distributed or co-located teams
- ✓Resilience in ambiguous situations and ability to adapt to challenges
- ✓Track record of mentoring and encouraging professional development
- ✓Strong partnership building skills
