About the Role
We're hiring a QA Manager to build quality from the ground up. You'll define testing strategy, build automation frameworks, set release standards, and create processes that let engineers ship fast without breaking things.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and own quality across the entire product suite
- →Design and implement test automation frameworks for backend (C#/.NET), frontend (TypeScript), and API integrations
- →Define quality standards, release gates, and acceptance criteria
- →Embed quality into the development lifecycle with continuous testing in CI/CD
- →Establish performance and load testing for enterprise-scale environments
- →Coach and mentor engineers on testing practices
Requirements
- ✓Deep QA and test automation experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- ✓Strong programming skills in C#, Python, or TypeScript
- ✓Experience with Playwright or equivalent end-to-end testing frameworks
- ✓Understanding of testing methodologies: unit, integration, end-to-end, performance, and security testing
- ✓Experience designing test environments and managing CI/CD pipeline integration
- ✓Ability to influence engineering teams on quality practices
