About the Role
We are looking for a product manager to join Thumbtack's team. This role involves partnering with engineers and designers to develop solutions for customers and professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead a significant portion of our product experience and be accountable for business outcomes
- βConduct user research and lightweight tests to scope and prioritize product initiatives
- βPartner with engineers, designers, analysts and data scientists to ideate, prioritize and deliver great solutions
- βDefine and analyze key metrics to inform decision-making and measure success
- βWork closely with key Thumbtack partners to ensure strategic alignment and strong execution
- βCoordinate within your team and among teams at Thumbtack to ensure understanding of and alignment around projects
Requirements
- β7+ years of product management experience building consumer web or mobile products
- βExcellent user-centric design and product sense
- βExcellent analytical skills to break down and solve complex problems
- βProven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- βExcellent written and oral communication skills
- βExcellent business judgment
- βAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
