About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our technical team developing Thyme Box, our proprietary internal care management platform. This role involves building features that enable our care team to deliver clinical and non-clinical navigation services to members.
Key Responsibilities
- →Independently plan, build, and deliver multiple features within the Thyme Box product
- →Partner closely with Product to scope experiments and shape new product ideas
- →Build technology that enables our care team to surface ancillary benefit programs and services more efficiently
- →Create an intuitive user interface for patient touch points
- →Integrate and surface data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience building, shipping, and supporting software in production
- ✓Experience in fast-paced, early stage environments
- ✓Strong experience with web development, particularly in Vue.js/TypeScript, FastAPI/Python, and Postgres
- ✓Proven ability to take ownership of features from idea to production
- ✓Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating technical solutions
