About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our KYX & Access management Speedboat team at Tide. This role focuses on building foundational tools that empower our members to verify their identity and start their business journey seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the design vision for a core business area within the Tide platform
→Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Writers, and User Researchers
→Drive the end-to-end design process from discovery to execution of final high-fidelity designs
→Cultivate a deep understanding of our members through research sessions and data analysis
→Champion a user-centric culture and evolve the Tide Design System

Requirements

✓Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Product Design
✓Proven track record of leading design workstreams and mentoring junior designers
✓Experience designing for complex user flows, business tools, or financial services
✓In-depth knowledge of User Experience and Product Design methodologies
✓Expert-level proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping tools
✓Comfortable working in an agile environment
✓Data-driven approach to design
✓Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
