About the Role

We are looking for a Midweight Copywriter to join our Member Engagement Marketing (MEM) Copy team at Tide. This role focuses on producing high-quality English copy that drives product engagement for our SME members across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

→Produce high-quality English copy that drives product engagement
→Turn technical information into simple, compelling messaging and content
→Create creative copywriting across multiple formats, including email, mobile notifications, blog posts, and landing pages
→Review, amend, and approve existing content
→Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver Tide’s overarching strategy
→Communicate with various stakeholders to provide updates on projects
→Work with a content team to deliver excellent copy

Requirements

✓Excellent communication and copywriting skills
✓Strong proofreading and editing skills in English
✓Passionate about problem-solving and suggesting new initiatives
✓Knowledgeable about the SME sector, including UK industry trends and competition
✓Self-assured, driven, and able to make decisions
✓Experience working with a Style Guide or Tone of Voice guide
✓Experience working with a CRM team
✓Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
✓Experience with Jira and Confluence
✓Experience with finance, a start-up, or fast-growing company
✓Copywriting portfolio
