About the Role
We are looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test to join our passionate and agile quality engineering team at Tide. This role focuses on ensuring software quality and reliability through robust automated and manual testing.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases to ensure software quality and reliability
- →Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
- →Develop and maintain automation frameworks using JavaScript, Cypress, and Flutter
- →Drive end-to-end testing efforts to validate complex user workflows and system integrations
- →Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery
- →Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing quality insights and feedback
- →Contribute to improving team testing practices and standards
- →Identify areas for process improvement in automation and quality assurance
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience in software testing with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software
- ✓Proficiency in JavaScript and Cypress for building automation test suites
- ✓Experience with Flutter automation testing or other mobile automation frameworks
- ✓Deep understanding of end-to-end testing strategies and best practices
- ✓Familiarity with Agile environments and participation in sprint planning and retrospectives
- ✓Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- ✓Skills in identifying, analyzing, and troubleshooting complex defects
- ✓Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- ✓Knowledge of Patrol mobile automation testing framework is a plus
- ✓Passion for continuous learning and process improvement in quality assurance
