About the Role
The Head of Marketing will join Tidepool’s leadership team, reporting to the CEO and responsible for driving growth and narrative alignment. This executive role focuses on storytelling, demand generation, and strategic alignment across marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive demand generation strategy for Tidepool+ (SaaS) that translates to pipeline growth and health system adoption
- →Translate complex clinical workflows and product capabilities into clear messaging for health systems, donors, and the diabetes community
- →Equip Sales and Clinic Success teams with enablement materials and messaging
- →Design and implement scalable marketing systems and processes
- →Manage marketing calendar and roadmap, prioritizing initiatives for measurable outcomes
- →Oversee content strategy including social media, email marketing, webinars, and events
- →Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements
- →Establish KPIs for campaigns and optimize performance using data
- →Lead and scale an existing marketing team of experienced individual contributors
Requirements
- ✓Proven executive leadership experience in marketing, particularly in healthcare or SaaS
- ✓Strong understanding of demand generation across multiple channels
- ✓Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear messaging
- ✓Ability to align marketing with product, sales, and regulatory stakeholders
- ✓Demonstrated success in building and scaling marketing teams
- ✓Experience with healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements
- ✓Strategic thinking with data-driven decision making capabilities
