JOB SUMMARY:
As a Junior Implementation Consultant at Tillo, you are supporting our customerβs first experience with our platform. Youβll be the link between our Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams, helping to get new customers live as efficiently as possible. Weβre looking for a motivated, detail-oriented communicator who is eager to gain experience in project management and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Youβll support the onboarding of world-class brands and global corporate partners, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with our API and receive exceptional service from day one. This is a perfect role for someone early in their career, with customer facing experience who is looking to launch a career in Fintech and Implementation.
DAY TO DAY THIS ROLE WILL:
- Deliver exceptional service, ensuring customers feel supported and empowered at every milestone of their Tillo journey.
- Help manage the onboarding lifecycle by maintaining an accurate and transparent project pipeline that serves as the "source of truth" for the team.
- Act as a central point of contact, keeping both internal teams and customers aligned on deliverables and timelines.
- Drive the brand approval process with retailers, helping to navigate hurdles to ensure our partners see value quickly
- Execute tasks with speed and accuracy, ensuring no detail is overlooked in the setup process.
- Identify areas where we can make the customer journey smoother and collaborate with the team to refine our delivery
- Ensure our resources and processes are up to date, sharing knowledge with the team so we can continue to onboard products seamlessly.
WHAT WEβRE LOOKING FOR:
Essential:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Support, Account Management, or similar) where you managed multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to a variety of audiences.
- You take initiative, ask questions, and are genuinely curious about the "why" behind the gift card and Fintech industry.
- Able to solve problems and deal with ambiguity.
- You thrive in a fast-moving environment and can stay organized even when priorities shift.
- You understand that small details have a big impact on customer trust and have great attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning new software; experience with tools like Asana, Jira, or Zendesk is a major plus
Desirable:
- An interest in or exposure to B2B SaaS or the Fintech sector.
- Basic understanding or exposure to project management
- Keen to learn how APIs work and how to explain technical concepts to non-technical people
- Experience working with product and engineering teams.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel to organize information.
