About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our new Acquisition & Monetization product team at Tines. This role involves building and operating product features related to user journey, self-serve payments, product-led growth initiatives, pricing strategies, and data-driven experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive impactful changes in our codebase and see them live in production quickly
- →Work closely with design and product teams to create and evolve our product
- →Write and review high-quality, well-tested code for a stable product
- →Identify areas for improvement in our codebase and team processes
- →Take full ownership of problems and software solutions from development to production
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of professional software engineering experience
- ✓Direct experience building and delivering software using a high-level programming language
- ✓Ability to work across our stack with focus on user acquisition and monetization
- ✓Comfortable working at the level of technical complexity required for our Byteboard exercise
- ✓Willingness to learn and adapt to our main languages (Ruby and TypeScript)
