About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Customer Success Analyst with expertise in AI and advanced customer analytics to join Toast. This strategic role involves using AI and Machine Learning to unlock insights from customer data and transform them into improved customer experiences, better products, and more efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build deep relationships with Care Operations and Voice of the Customer (VoC) teams to understand their highest-priority friction points
- →Use Snowflake Cortex, Python, and LLMs to classify and score interactions, turning conversations into actionable insights
- →Create a scalable framework for how the organization can benefit from AI insights, including building prompt libraries and analytical playbooks
- →Maintain a culture of "iterate and ship" while ensuring every AI experiment is tied to a business outcome
- →Navigate ambiguity, identify blockers, and bring data-backed solutions to senior leadership
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in a high-growth, data-intensive environment
- ✓Expert-level SQL skills, with experience in Snowflake being a major plus
- ✓Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to analyze large sets of unstructured data
- ✓Extensive experience building dashboards and visualizations in BI tools
- ✓Familiarity with data science concepts and their application to business problems
- ✓Strong communication skills to bridge technical data work and business outcomes
