About the Role
We are looking for a bilingual Strategic Account Executive to help grow Toast’s presence within Spanish Cuisine restaurants. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- →Follow up on marketing qualified leads in your assigned market
- →Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in customers’ preferred language
- →Create and review quotes and contracts in customers’ preferred language
- →Ensure successful onboarding for customers post-sale
- →Understand the competitive landscape to best position Toast’s solutions
- →Use Spanish skills to communicate with Spanish-speaking customers and prospects
Requirements
- ✓Fluency in both oral and written English and Spanish
- ✓Prior sales experience preferred
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
