About the Role
We are looking for a bilingual Mandarin-English Strategic Account Executive to join Toast, helping grow the company's presence within Mandarin cuisine restaurants. This role involves using a consultative sales approach to convert inbound demand, generate new opportunities, and build trusted relationships with restaurateurs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Following up on marketing qualified leads in your assigned market
- →Conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations in customers' preferred language
- →Creating and reviewing quotes and contracts in customers' preferred language
- →Ensuring successful onboarding for both the onboarding team and customer
- →Understanding the competitive landscape to best position Toast's offerings
- →Using Mandarin skills to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and prospects
Requirements
- ✓Fluency in both oral and written English and Mandarin
- ✓1+ years of experience in sales, restaurant operations, or a related field
- ✓Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
- ✓Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- ✓Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- ✓General technical proficiency with software
