Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy across Toloka's key product lines, including Mindrift, Tendem β our hybrid AI+human agent platform that delivers high-quality knowledge work with speed and accountability, and the Toloka platform. Reporting directly to the CEO, this person will define how we communicate with broad audiences across different user and buyer types β from expert communities to self-serve users and platform audiences. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can combine strategy, positioning, growth thinking, and strong communication instincts to shape how Toloka shows up in the market. This is not a narrow product marketing role. It requires a marketing leader who can think across brand, growth, product communication, audience development, and category building β and who can build a coherent strategy across products with different go-to-market motions.
What Youβll Do
Own the overall marketing strategy across Mindrift, Tendem and the Toloka platform
Develop and lead product and brand narratives and communication strategies that build awareness, credibility, and adoption across broad audiences, including experts, users, and platform communities
Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on marketing priorities, strategic messaging, and market positioning
Lead the marketing organization and help align teams across growth, content, brand, communications, lifecycle, product marketing, and related functions
Build scalable messaging frameworks and campaign strategies across multiple product lines and audience segments
Guide product and growth teams on market-facing communication, launches, and user acquisition strategy
Define structured strategies for audience growth, activation, engagement, and retention, including when and how product-led growth principles apply
Oversee brand, thought leadership, and communication strategy for broad external audiences
Ensure a strong, cohesive marketing voice across channels, products, and regions
Use data and market feedback to refine messaging, campaigns, and growth opportunities
Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, setting direction and standards across the function
What Youβve Done
10β15+ years of marketing experience, ideally across a mix of growth, brand, product, and audience marketing
5+ years in senior marketing leadership, including leading teams and cross-functional strategy
Experience owning or shaping marketing strategy for multi-product businesses, platforms, marketplaces, SaaS products, consumer-style products, or B2B2C businesses
Strong track record building communication strategies for broad audiences, not just narrow enterprise buyer groups
Experience balancing strategic leadership with practical execution and decision-making
Familiarity with PLG / self-serve / digital product growth concepts, even if not from a pure PLG company
Exceptional ability to craft compelling positioning, messaging, and communication strategies
Strong people leadership skills, with experience managing and developing marketing teams
Experience in AI, data, platform, marketplace, creator, research, or adjacent technology spaces is welcome, but not mandatory
Excellent English communication skills
