About the Role

We are looking for a Maps Production Operations Manager to join our team at TomTom. This role focuses on managing map production operations and leading projects for automotive and tech customers.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage selected maps production operations in Maps Vertical Features
→Lead projects of delivering maps to automotive/tech customers
→Cooperate in cross-functional product-engineering-operations teams
→Estimate, calculate, plan, adjust, execute, monitor, analyze, iterate, lead, support

Requirements

✓In-depth knowledge in the fields of operations, production, and project management
✓Experience in cooperation within cross-functional, agile teams
✓Ability to dynamically adjust the course of action and address issues where precedent may not exist
✓Proficiency in leveraging data analytics to drive informed decision-making and process improvements
✓Advanced problem-solving skills to address complex project challenges
✓Proactivity in identifying potential risks and issues, defining mitigation actions
✓Concise communication skills towards senior management and other product units
✓High level of accountability and ownership
✓Understanding of traffic regulations and global geography
