About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned and empathetic Customer Success Manager to join Tonkean and help shape the future of our CS function. This role involves working directly with high-revenue enterprise customers to ensure adoption, retention, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive adoption, retention, and expansion within a portfolio of enterprise customers
- →Develop and manage customer lifecycle strategies with milestones for value realization
- →Define and execute scalable engagement approaches, identifying risks and opportunities
- →Partner with Sales to support renewals, upsells, and expansion
- →Serve as the voice of the customer to the product team
- →Build engagement models to ensure customer education and satisfaction
- →Contribute to best practices and scalable processes for the CS organization
- →Represent Tonkean with executive presence, guiding stakeholders on change management
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in Customer Success or equivalent customer-facing role within enterprise SaaS
- ✓Proven ability to develop strategies and drive measurable outcomes
- ✓Deep empathy and curiosity in working with customers
- ✓Strong executive presence with excellent communication skills
- ✓Technical aptitude to engage with product and engineering teams
- ✓Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- ✓Self-motivated and passionate about customer experience
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree required
